We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order(s) without providing any reason(s). In the event of rejection(s), Floria Space will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the same payment method used to place the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n **In the event of any supply difficulties or if the quality of flowers received from our growers do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an equivalent or higher value and quality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Delivery Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred delivery date. All deliveries will be done between 10-5PM daily. For specific time delivery, kindly contact us via Instagram DM (@floria.space) or WhatsApp (+6016 332 2783) to place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please ensure that the details filled in upon checkout are accurate. No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the delivery address provided by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon request or recipient is unavailable, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed due to the perishable nature of the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Changes to Your Order<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via Instagram DM (@floria.space) or WhatsApp (+6016 332 2783). We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes in relation to delivery address and card messages that are requested by 10AM one (1) day before the intended delivery day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Kindly contact us via Instagram DM (@floria.space) or WhatsApp (+6016 332 2783) if you wish to cancel your order. We only accept cancellation request three (3) days before the intended delivery day. If, at our discretion, the flowers do not meet our high standards, we will give you an option of a replacement at our next available delivery date.
